Product use status

Product use may be assigned a status; the statuses are created and edited in the CONFIGURATION > PRODUCT USE STATUS menu in the Task module.

The product use statuses are created and edited in much the same way as many other things in Microbizz.

A status has the follow fields:

Open

• Status: the title of the status.

• Colour: the colour of the status.

• Default: Indicates that this is the default product use status, if you select this for a status the field will be cleared from all other statuses.

• Show in app: Tell the app to make this status available.

• Default in app: Indicates that this is the default product use status in the app, if you select this for a status the field will be cleared from all other statuses.
