In this section, it is possible to create budget areas, allowing you to let Microbizz divide expenses within a task into different areas.

To create a new budget area you need to fill out the following:

• Budget area: A title to identify the budget area by

• Profit margin (%): The margin that the system should use to calculate the sales price when adding a product through and EDI

• Use as default: If checked, this will be used as the default budget area for all new tasks

Edit a budget area

Editing a budget area happens on the same menu. Just click on the pencil or directly on the title to enter edit mode.
