Whitelist

In this section, it is possible to whitelist IP addresses that are allowed to connect to your Microbizz solution. If nothing is whitelisted, then any IP address can connect.

Adding an IP address

To add an IP address or a range of IP addresses, you need to fill out the following:

• Description: A description for the IP address(es)

• Start IP address: An IP address is declared here

• End IP address: If an IP address is declared here, it will act as the end of an IP address range, with the beginning of it being declared in the previous field
• Scope: Here you can choose if the whitelist should be limited to:
  • (Choose here): The whitelist is valid to all, no matter which platform
  • Only web: The whitelist is only valid for trying to connect from a web browser
  • Only API: The whitelist is only valid for trying to connect through the API (e.g. in the app for iOS and Android)

You can also choose to whitelist our internal IP addresses in order for us to be able to access your solution, by clicking on the "Allow help from Ventu"-button:

Edit an IP address

Editing an IP address happens on the same menu. Just click on the pencil or directly on the title to enter edit mode.
