Documents

Documents are used in several different situations in Microbizz to structure its output, whether it is documents exported from the system, email messages or SMS messages. A document is basically a template that combines a standard look, with dynamic information retrieved from Microbizz where appropriate, e.g. names, email addresses and the like.

A template may be either a PDF, or some HTML, or text (for SMSs) or the template may be edited as a number fields that are placed on a page and eventually converted to HTML.  Not all parts of Microbizz can handle all types of templates.

A master is a collection of PDF templates.
