The Work plan module revolves around the periods the users of Microbizz are at work, sick, on vacation, etc.

A work plan as seen below can be composed of several registrations and colour codes for specific days and periods of the year, enabling your business to determine the work plan for your users and the teams they are part of.

The essentials

Before you can start using the module, it is necessary to get familiar with the various colour codes and registration types available for you in Microbizz, as seen below.

To change the registration for the users, simply click on a day for any user or team, to choose from one of the registration types available.

If the work plan shows "Non workday" for all dates in the future then it may be caused by lacking setup of the user's work week.
