In this section, it is possible to create reasons for why a campaign call was rejected.

Create a rejection option

By clicking on theĀ New rejection optionĀ button, you will need to fill out the following information:

  • Reason: A reason for why a campaign call was rejected

Edit a rejection option

Editing a rejection option happens on the same menu. Just click on the pencil to enter edit mode.
