Forms

Forms is a Microbizz backbone function, allowing you to create forms for all kind of different situations, such as performing a call, servicing a piece of equipment or giving feedback on a task. A form consists of a number of questions (text, yes/no, date, number etc); questions may jump to other questions, eg. answering yes to a question may cause you to skip to the end of the form.

Forms can perform actions in Microbizz, such as updating information, creating new tasks, sending notifications etc.

Forms can also be exported as documents, such as PDF-files and be sent to customers or subcontractors.
