MA Actions

In here you can create actions that are executed via marketing automation. The actions are executed when certain API calls are made.

When creating a new action, you need to fill out the following:

• Action: The title for the new action

• Redirect URL: The URL the users should be redirected to

• Score: For prioritizing the action internally

• Microbizz event: Choose between one of the following events that should be triggered:

  • Schedule call: Allows you to schedule a call

  • Create reminder: Allows you to set up parameters for a new reminder

  • Create task: Allows you to choose from any task template you have in Microbizz

Edit an action

Editing an action happens in the same menu. Just click on the pencil or directly on the title to enter edit mode.
