Geofences

In this section, it is possible to create geofences for pieces of equipment.

A geofence is a virtual perimeter for a real-world geographic area. 

Creating a geofence

To create a new geofence, you need to fill out the following:

• Title: A title to identify the geofence by

After clicking the OK button, you will be redirected to another page, allowing you to set the virtual perimeter.

Edit a geofence

Editing a geofence happens on the same menu. Just click on the pencil or directly on the title to enter edit mode.

Reminders for geofences

Finally, it is important to create reminder actions for when entering or exiting a geofence. For more on this, please refer to actions in the Reminder module.
