Policies

You can set group policies for the calendar below by dragging the desired groups to the relevant policies.

Policies in the Calendar module effects the list of users a team is allowed to see. The three different options have the following effect:

Free:

  • For team leaders: See the calendar of all users in the system
  • For team members: See the calendar of all users in the system

Team:

  • For team leaders: See the calendar of users from the same team
  • For team members: See the calendar of users from the same team

Restrictive:

  • For team leaders: See the calendar of all users from the same team
  • For team members: See only the calendar from the active user

App policies

In the apps, policies for the user module aren't reflected.
