Filters are used to make customized searches that can be used for different purposes.

For understanding filters in general you should look at this /wiki/spaces/CPFN/pages/25395246.

Manage filters

Accessing filters is done by accessing the SETTINGS > FILTERS menu.

In the same menu, it's possible to edit and delete the existing filters.

Creating a filter

Creating a filter is done by using the create new filter

You will then be presented with the following page, where you need to fill out the following:

  • Name: The name of the filter
  • Source: Choose wether the source is CSV or text file
  • Destination: Choose the one of the various modules, where the filter should be uploaded to.
  • Upload File / Test data: Choose a file that you want to import data from

When you are done creating the filter, you can press Save 



Using the filter

The filter can be used in various places. See the /wiki/spaces/CPFN/pages/25395246section for more information on where to use filters.

In the setup module filters are commonly used to find specific tasks that match the filter criteria.

This is done in the SEARCH WITH FILTER.
