Here, you can reassign other users' registered worksheets.
The fields needed when specifying your search criteria are as follows:
- Employee: Here you can choose the employee you want to reassign worksheets for
- Start date: Choose a start date
- End date: Choose an end date
- Registration: To be able to choose between registration(s) to reassign to, it must be activated when creating registration types in the Work plan module.
After clicking the Show button, you can do the following on the timeline:
- Click on the pencil: You can choose to do the following:
- Change employee
- Edit the registration or production
- Delete the registration or production
- Click on the initials: You can change the following:
- Employee: Choose another employee
- Apply to: Choose between the following options, where the period is from the start date to the end date:
- Just this time
- Same weekday for the rest of the period
- The rest of the period
- Click elsewhere in a box: You can change / fill out the following:
- Employee: Choose and add another employee
- Time: Choose and add another duration
- Apply to: Choose between the following options, where the period is from the start date to the end date:
- Just this time
- Same weekday for the rest of the period
- The rest of the period
When you are finished with your changes, press the Save button.
