Teams in Microbizz are a used to group users in Microbizz into logical units typically referring to departments of the organisation. Teams are also used when defining permissions and politics throughout the total Microbizz system, but also used when defining responsibility for companies and tasks.

Teams list

To find and manage your teams, go to the menu USERS and then choose TEAMS.

There you will find a list of available teams that already exist in your Microbizz contract.

Creating a team

To create a new team, simply press NEW TEAM.

You will then see the following page where you will be able to create a team.

The menu option Teams shows a list of the teams that have been created in the system. As you know, a team is a group of employees/users. Already created teams in the system can be edited by accessing the pencil tool for the relevant team.

If a user wants to create a new team, click on ‘New team’ and they will be presented with the following window:

At minimum, provide a title for the team.

In the field Clone there is the opportunity to make a clone from an existing team. This is done should one wish that those rights which a team has should be the same for a new team.

Assuming there already are users set up in the system, these can be specified as either team leaders, employees (team members) or spectators, which are assigned a variety of respective permissions. Should no users have been created in the system yet, click on ‘Save’ and the users can then be attached to the relevant team under creation of users, as seen in the picture under the menu option CREATE. A team has now been created.

Team leader / Team member

Team options depend on the team leader who is logged in. In this example, team leader Torben is logged in. Torben is the team leader and of Montør Jutland and Montør Sjælland. He can therefore associate team members to these teams.
