Permissions

Every module in Microbizz has a set of permissions, which is the case for the user module as well.

User specific permissions

The user available permissions are the following:

• Edit user: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer user information
  
  • Delete user: Allows you to specify who has permission to delete users
  • Create user: Allows you to specify who has permission to create new users
  • Change type: Allows you to specify who has permission administer the type assigned to users
• Reset password: Allows you to reset the password for a user
• Deactivate user: Allows you to specify who has permission to deactive users
• User - Activity: Allows you to specify who has access to the "Activity" tab on users
• User - Working week: Allows you to specify who has access to the tabs "Competences" and "Working Week" on users
• User - Competences: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer the competences section
  • User - Edit competences: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer competences on users.
• User - Search: Allows you to specify which user Teams who is allowed to search for other users.
• User - Files: Allows you to specify who has access to the tab "Files"
• User - Messages: Activates sending of SMS to users
• User - Accounts: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer accounts on the user module
• User - Prices: Allows you to specify who has access to the tab "Prices" on users
  
• User - Notes: Allows you to specify who has access to the tab "Notes" on users
  
• User - Production: Allows you to specify who has access to the tab "Production" on users
  
• User - Forms: Allows you to specify who has access to the tab "Forms" on users
  
• User - Equipment: Allows you to specify who has access to the tab "Equipment" on users
  
• User - Integrations: Allows you to specify who has access to the tab "Integrations" on users
  
• User - Log book: Allows you to specify who has access to the tab "Log book" on users
  
• User - Statistics: Allows you to specify who has access to the tab "Statistics" on users
  
• Teams: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer teams
• External code word: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer external passwords
  
• Configure mobile units: Allows you to specify who has permission to configure mobile units
  
• See mobile units: Allows you to specify who has permission to view mobile units
• See location log: Allows you to specify who has permission to view location logs
• Fields: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer the custom fields section  
• User types: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer the user types available (CONFIGURATION > USER TYPES)
• Salary: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer the salary for the users
• Person data: Allows you to specify who has permission to administer the data for the users
• Depot order: Allows you to specify who has permission to add products to tasks
• Set standard folder structure: Allows you to specify who has permission to set a standard folder structure
• Update form answers (all modules): Allows you to specify who has permission to update form answers
  • Approve form answers: Allows you to specify who has permission to approve form answers
• Update filters: Allows you to specify who has permission to use the update filters
• User disclosure: Allows you to specify who has access to the tab "Disclosure"
• Settings: Allows you to specify who has access to the settings of the User module
• View all question forms: Allows you to view all question form answers, regardless of the permissions for the form
• Edit main groups: Allow editing of maingroups
