Projects is your tool to handle several activities which can be turned into tasks or calendar appointments and can be mapped by dependencies.
in Microbizz is used to manage projects, which are a collection of tasks and calendar appointments that have a common purpose.
The project is the main container.

A project is shown in the picture below. A project is typically used when a task is too small of an object to complete the work needed.
The main difference between tasks and projects are their ability to contain multiple tasks, calendar appointments and their focus on project planning.
