You can set group policies for the calendar below by dragging the desired groups to the relevant policies.
Policies in the Calendar module effects the list of users a team is allowed to see. The three different options have the following effect:
Free:
- For team leaders: See all users in the system
- For team members: See all users in the system
Team:
- For team leaders: See all users from the same team
- For team members: See all users from the same team
Restrictive:
- For team leaders: See all users from the same team
- For team members: See only the active user
