This is the project planning tool where you can build you project and group it into phases, tasks, appointment and future activities.

Before we introduce you to this part, we'll give you a learning oef the basic elements.

As seen below, an example of how a simple gantt project could look like.

Here we see the data representation of the plan. This is where the user will input information to create a project plan.

The data objects are:

Activities and groups: Each row represent an activity. Something that has to be done in order to complete the project. Activity groups are used to group/relate activities together
Tasks: When an activity needs to be completed, it is useful to attach a task to it, as it will then be possible to execute as normal tasks are done
Calendar appointments: Meetings are often an important part of a project, and therefore the activities can be attached to calendar appointments
