Widgets

Alle widgets med eksempler (dog ikke til widgets som minder om hiananden. En listevisning er den samme for "mine opgaver" som ved "opgaver fra filter" osv.)

Start page Widgets (or Widgets) are content related info boxes for the Microbizz Start page [LINK]. Widgets can basically be anything and roughly just refers to info-boxes on the Microbizz Start page. This can be anything from Microreports, Workplan resumé, Active check ins etc.

This section will go through the different widgets available for the different Microbizz Modules. Widgets are used when building a Microbizz Start page.

For inspiration here is an example on a typical Microbizz Start page with different widgets:

To add content "click to add contents" a dropdown menu will show.

Add title  -  choose module - choose information - click save.

USER

Check in - See which users are checked in

Active checkins - See which users are checked in on tasks

Sms communication - Communicate with users and teams by sms

Personale note - Add personale note

Contact information - shows contact information for a team

CRM

Search company - Search in all the companies in the system

Companies from filter - Search in all the companies in the system with filter

CRM account graph - Shows a graph of desired customers

Tasks

My tasks - Shows a list of tasks from the user

Task from filter - Shows a list of tasks with added filter

Pend. invoicing - Shows a list of tasks that are ready for invoicing

Upcoming - Shows a list upcoming of tasks

Task from pool - Shows tasks from pool

Hours

Checkout notes - Shows a list for check notes from app users.

Invoiced within estimate - Shows a graph of invoiced within estimate

Work plan

Who is at work - Shows a list of who is at work

Work plan - shows an overview from work plan module

Persons

My appointments - shows an overview of your appointments in Microbizz

Employee capacity – shows capacity for a user

Routes - shows the routes that are planned for you.
