Quotation+
Introduction
The Quotation+ module allows quotations to be made to a Company. It is the long term goal that Quotation+ should replace the old Sales module.
Quotation+ provides a simple way of creating and managing quotations to your customers.
Quotation+ allows you to create and manage quotations without leaving the module, this includes being able to add usage and select which documentations should be used such as which PDF´s is relevant.
What’s in this module?
The main page in the Quotation+ module is the overview page, which you can learn more about here.
The Quotation+ module works together with the Data+ module, in order to use the right products, integrations and PDF templates.
There are configurations for access (i.e. which team can my team see) and permissions (which functions can I access) and the card layout of a quotation (which fields are displayed).
You can also define Custom fields and the Number series.
Get started
Start out with creating some quotation types and a quotation templates.
If Data+ has not been set up, it would be a good idea to look into this first and set up PDF templates, product prices and/or potentially integrations first.
If all these parts are done and ready the workflow will be much better.

Creating a quotation for a customer
On the Quotation+ overview page, right click on the pink button “New +” , and select Create or From Template, then fill out the various fields and press save.
Add the necessary data and details and send the quotation to a customer!
