Access and visibility
Access and visibility is always granted on an entire users registration day, so either you can see an entire day for a given user, with all registrations or else you cannot see anything for that user, on that day.
Access follows the standard Microbizz policy system, with a couple of major exceptions.
Only approval of members
A teamleader can only approve hours from an ordinary team member, so if a teamleader needs to approve the hours of another teamleader, that teamleader must also be a member of the team.
Visibility through task
If approval of single registration lines are enabled, then the following apply:
If you are a team leader on a team, then you can see every registration day which contains registrations made on a task which are assigned to your team.
This takes precedence to policy.
(Lack of) visibility through permission
If you don't have the permission “See & edit others” you can never see other peoples registration days regardless of policy, not even through the “visiblity through task”-principle.
