The Calendar module is accessed via the module list
In the Microbizz calendar you have the possibility of creating and editing appointments, along with handling the company's resources. When accessing the module from the module bar you’ll mostly just be presented with your weekly calendar. The calendar shows everything from calendar appointments to your planned tasks. You’ll be able to show your appointments in a monthly overview and also be able to create new appointments.
Many users of Microbizz choose to let Microbizz Calendar synchronize with there Exchange Calendar and Outlook. By doing this both the Microbizz Calendar holding appointments for meetings etc. and planning will be visible in the Outlook Calendar as well. It works the other way around too and makes it much easier to communicate with other people and send meeting invitations.
