Person types in Microbizz are specific types you can use on the persons. Examples of person types are Potential Partners, Old, Outsourcing etc. and are used for grouping the persons together for easier management.
Person types are created and edited in the Settings menu in the Person module. Here you can create new person types or edit your previously created ones. To edit, you simply click the pencil to the left of the title of the Person type.
To create a new person type click the 'New person type'-button.
Here you'll need to go through a few options:
Type name - The name of the new person type e.g. Outsourcing
Letter - A letter identifying the new person type.
Colour - A colour for representing the person type.

Letter: The letter represents the person type in the rest of the system
