When entering the export filters tab, you will be presented with the following page:
From here, it is possible to create a new export filter by applying the following settings:
Be aware that depending on the Source and Type you choose, the settings needed can change.
- Name: Give your filter a
- title
- Source: Choose the data source you want to export from
- Type: Choose between whether you want to export to a CSV-file or Excel-file
- CSV file:
- Incl. header: If ticked, the heade will be included in the CSV file
- Field separator: Choose which symbol will be used to separate each value. "," is chosen by default.
- CSV file:
- Include:
- All rows next time, then only changed rows: Includes all rows the first time
- All rows: Includes all rows in the export
- Only changed rows: Includes only changed rows in the export
- Only rows that match the filter:
- Skip empty rows: If
- checked, all empty rows are skipped in the export
- Date format: Defines the date format to use, for example YYYY-MM-DD
- Currency format: Defines the currency format to use, for example MMMM.CC
- Text coding: Defines the text encoding, for example UTF-8
