Under NOTES > SETTINGS you will be able to choose from two customizable options.between the following:
- Allow notes on closed items:

- If checked, and objects (e.g. tasks) are closed, one is still able to write notes on them
- Consolidate notes: If checked, notes on objects (e.g. tasks) are also shown for relevant companies and processes
