All forms in the system can be sought for in the report module. By choosing in the menu , you can search for individual form-completions. You can specify your seach by choosing the form template, action (meaning in what context was the form completed), comlpeted by or date of completion. Then you will be presented with a list of completions, where you can click on one of them in order to see the actual replies and responses.

All forms will appear on the object where they are filled, but it is also possible to access form answers in a more structured way. This is accomplished in the report module.
