To create a new account type, you need to fill out the following:
Account name: A title to identify the account type by
Object: Choose between one of the following objects that the account type belongs to:
- Customer
- User
- Unit type: Choose between one of the following types of units:
- Amount
- Points
- Time
Edit an account type
Editing an account type happens on the same menu. Just click on the pencil to enter edit mode.

Automatic transactions
Furthermore, you can create automatic transactions that are carried out with specific intervals. At first, you must click on the pencil and choose "Auto-transactions":

To create a new automatic transaction, you need to fill out the following:
Transaction title: A title to identify the automatic transaction by
Filter: Choose between one of the filters for the object you are making an automatic transaction for. For instance, if you are making an automatic transaction for an account type for users, then you can only choose filters for that object
- Repeat: Choose from a variety of intervals for when the transaction should occur e.g. daily or weekly
- Handle public holidays: Choose between one of the following:
- Allow holidays
- Exclude holidays (use global setting)
- Skip to next working day
- Operation: Choose between one of the following:
- Add to account
- Subtract from account
- Set account balance
- Amount / Points / Duration: Depending on the account type you are editing, you must enter an amount, points or a duration for the change the automatic transaction must make
